Operational execution of work access, parking permissions and similar access regulations. Examination of certificates, such as work permit and valid social security. Examination and approval of invoices. Processing of applications from suppliers, subcontractors and similar partners (m/w/d). Organization of visitor groups (m/w/d) and coordination of their processes. Contact person (m/w/d) for authorities as well as interface to security at the Wismar site. settlement of orders such as security service providers and support in the post office, including handling of courier shipments.

Completed commercial training, multi-year professional experience in comparable positions and driving class B. expertise in customs and foreign law, such as visa, work permit, work contracts, employee registration and security services. Knowledge in the SAP system and access technologies. Good knowledge of English as well as safe, structured-communicative appearance, even in difficult situations. High autonomy, sense of responsibility and ability to work alone.
