Migration and project (focus start phase) Analysis of existing Abas processes and translation into target processes in Dynamics 365 Business Central close cooperation with our external migration team Cosmo – shaping the migration concept and quality assurance of implementation Data migration: mapping, cleaning, validation and transfer of business-critical data Conception and implementation of adaptations (AL extensions) as well as tests and go-live guidance Development and operation (continuous) Development, adaptation and further development of Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL, extensions and events) Analysis of technical requirements and implementation of technical solutions together with the departments Creation and maintenance of forms, reports, evaluations and workflows Development and support of third-party cutting points (e.g. CRM, DMS, Shop/E-Commerce systems, warehouse management / LVS, financial accounting, EDI) Integration of new applications into the existing IT and ERP landscape Error analysis, troubleshooting and performance optimization Support for updates, release changes and ongoing development Documentation of developments and technical processes Cooperation with departments, key users and external service providers e-commerce / shopware (together with marketing) Further development, adaptation and maintenance of our shopware shop (plugins, templates and storefront) technical implementation of marketing requirements – new shop functions, campaigns and growth ideas Design and operation of the intersection between Shopware and ERP (articles, prices, stocks, orders and customers) Performance, usability and conversion-oriented optimization of the shop in line with marketing

You should bring Senior Consultant (m/w/d) multiannual experience in the development and adaptation of ERP systems sound knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV / Navision) – especially development with AL and extensions practical experience with Shopware (ideal Shopware 6) – plugin and template development as well as store / admin API; Basis: PHP / Symfony, Twig, HTML / CSS / JavaScript Experience with relational databases and SQL (MS SQL Server) Knowledge of cutting site development (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, OData, EDI) – in particular ERP-Shop connection Understanding software architectures and integration scenarios in the ERP environment Experience with version management (e.g. Git) and structured development processes good German knowledge (at least B2 / C1) and good English Analytical thinkability and pronounced problem-solving competence independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Communication strength in handling specialist departments and external partners Understanding business processes and business processes in trade Team orientation and the ability to share your knowledge Desirable (no must) Experience in ERP migration or introduction projects Knowledge of another programming language (e.g. C#, JavaScript, Python) Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure Services Experience at the cutting point for marketing / e-commerce (SEO, tracking, payment, PIM, shopware extensions) Experience with Abas ERP – explicitly a plus, but not an advance; the process knowledge of Abas is available in the team Microsoft certifications (e.g. MB-820 Business Central Developer, MB-800 Functional Consultant) Business experience (B2B / B2C, e-commerce, logistics / LVS)

Compensation Annual gross salary: € 65,000 to € 70,000 depending on experience and qualification
