Checking quality indicators of delivery tours and deriving measures to increase delivery quality Testing and optimising the utilisation and delivery performance of the vehicles and carrying out entry and exit controls Planning and collection of collections in logistics disposition Advice and support of transport operators and delivery drivers Defining tour planning together with transport operators Processing complaints and customer complaints

Complete training as a forwarding businessman / forwarding businesswoman, ideally with first industry experience e.g. B. as tour guide High communication and team skills and customer orientation IT affinity with the willingness to work into new IT systems Commitment, motivation and enforcement Ready for shift and Saturday work
