Senior Manager Promotion & Hospitality Services (m/f/d)

In this role, you take the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of up to five operative employees. Promotion & Hospitality Services (PHS) is the operating unit of SPORTFIVE – always in use when real experiences become from planning. Our team accompanies gaming days, events and brand appearances and ensures that concepts are not only implemented, but are made usable. The focus is not only on the organisation, but above all on the provision and control of qualified personnel: from service and doctoral staff to project and team management on site. You lead and develop a team of operational project managers, interns and trainees and ensure a motivating, powerful work environment You build strong customer ties and develop them strategically – with empathy, vision and a sense of individual needs You recruit, train and coordinate our promotion and event staff – and ensure smooth processes and motivated teams You develop convincing presentations, innovative concepts and calculate offers that inspire and convince You are responsible for customer budgets, keeping budgets in mind and ensuring a transparent and efficient billing

You've already gained first leadership experience and know how to motivate, develop and lead your team together to top performances You have several years of professional experience in the field of events, sports events or personnel disposition You work cooperatively, grab yourself and convince by pragmatic solutions You perform confidently and professionally, inspire people and communicate clearly and legally You take responsibility and keep an overview in complex situations. You are flexible, ready to travel and also weekend bets are of course for you You have very good knowledge of German and English – both in writing and oral You're not all CRITERIA?
