At the closest possible time we are looking for you as a construction computer:in (w/m/d) for DB Bahnbau Group GmbH at the Oberhausen site. Your tasks:

Stand-alone measurement of construction performance as well as creation of precise measurement sheets with the standard software iTWO Creation and maintenance of billing documents and coordination of the quantities of services with the building management Continuous target-actual balance between contractually agreed and actually provided services for early recognition of opportunities and risks Accompanying the construction projects on site throughout the entire construction period including documentation of the progress of construction and the facts relevant to the consequences derivation and evaluation of potential yield potentials in close cooperation with the construction and project management Acquisition of a special function as a digitalization multiplier, including IT expert coordination, knowledge transfer in the team, and support in special location tasks

Your profile:

Complete training as a construction technician or comparable technical/commercial qualification with multi-year professional experience, ideally in track construction Embossed communication and team skills as well as a structured and well-organized work behaviour High operational readiness, resilience and the ability to clearly structure complex situations Funded economic and commercial knowledge and a strategic understanding of construction processes Secure handling of MS Office and application-related software, especially iTWO Good knowledge of building law (VOB / B and VOB / C) and willingness to acquire further qualifications; driving licence class B
