To start the next retraining we are looking for motivated candidates for practical retraining (duration: 16 months). They start as an electrical worker and are specifically prepared for your future work as an industrial electrician.

Even during retraining, you are permanently employed with us. After successful completion, we guarantee the takeover into an indefinite working relationship as an industrial electrician. A Information event "Tag der Elektrik" will take place in our house on September 21, 2026 from 11 a.m. – there you will get all the important insights into the content, sequence and perspectives of the action.

The state list of the Bundesewehr is taken into account for the position of the electric baton - retraining to the industrial electrician (human).

Your job with us:

• Participation in the retraining programme (16 months) with theoretical and practical learning units
• Acquisition of basic knowledge of electrical engineering and its safe use in practice
• Installation and connection of cables and cables for electrical installations
• Installation of electrical components and systems, e.g. sockets, luminaires or switching systems
• performing mechanical work such as cable routing for preparation and installation
• troubleshooting and repair of electrical installations
• documentation of the work carried out according to technical specifications
• compliance with all safety and accident prevention regulations

Your skills and experiences:

• Interest in crafts and electrical engineering
• Curiosity for new technologies and motivation to learn expertise
• readiness to learn, commitment and desire for a long-term perspective
• Team spirit, reliability and independent work
• Physical loadability and careful handling of tools
• Good German knowledge (minimum C1 level)
• willingness to participate in training and practice phases and to acquire a recognised qualification
