Lead Design Engineer Conveyor Technology (m/f/d)

For our production facilities for nitrile single gloves, you develop the mechanical backbone of the line: a reliable transport system for the continuous guidance of the glove shapers through wet processes, ovens and stripping stations. Your tasks You design and dimension endless chains, chain wheels, guide rails, clamping and drive stations. You develop moulder carriers, bearings as well as rotating and guiding mechanisms. You take into account wear, lubrication, soiling and thermal expansion. You calculate chain forces, drive power and dynamic loads. You design the system for high availability, easy maintenance and fast component exchange. You coordinate the interfaces to furnaces, diving pools, flanging and wiping technology. You carry out design reviews and accompany production, assembly and commissioning.

At least eight years of construction experience in conveyor technology or in special plant construction Knowledge of chain conveyors, suspension conveyors or comparable continuous transport systems Safe handling of 3D CAD and technical calculations Experience with thermally loaded conveyor systems, paint lines or industrial furnaces is advantageous Embossed understanding of wear, tolerances and durability Structured and solution-oriented operation
