The focus of this position is the support of our internal mail service: The entry mail must be opened, sorted and distributed daily and the exit mail is pre-sorted and prepared for the collection. You will also take care of the digitization of documents and documents.

In addition, you support a colleague in the care of the canteen and in the hospitality of events. As part of your tasks, you prepare breakfast and lunch buffets (cold and hot dishes). In the ongoing inventory control and execution of necessary reorders, as well as the execution of the annual inventory of canteen stocks, you actively support. For cleaning and care of the technical equipment (e.g. coffee machines and refrigerator), as well as cleaning the dishes.
