Support of the central fleet management in the economic, technical and organizational control of the entire fleet Monitoring of budgets, operating costs and cost developments and identifying savings potentials Ensuring the technical availability, operational safety and operational readiness of the fleet Coordination and economic monitoring of maintenance, repair and maintenance measures and internal and external workshops Participation in the planning and implementation of vehicle procurement, flooding and the introduction of new vehicle technologies Monitoring of statutory test periods (HU, SP, UVV, § 57b StVZO) and maintenance and control of vehicle master data and documentation Analysis of cost structures and cost-effectiveness as well as continuous optimization of fleet, workshop and maintenance processes independent processing of fleet projects and special tasks as well as taking over the regular Saturday service and the 24/7 emergency telephone in exchange with the fleet team

Complete vocational training as a motor vehicle mechatronics technician for commercial vehicle engineering with further training on the motor vehicle technician master or a comparable higher technical qualification Multiannual professional experience in technical fleet or workshop management Knowledge of vehicle engineering, maintenance, maintenance and statutory vehicle testing Good knowledge of MS Office as well as safe handling of digital systems and vehicle data Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English (level B2) for communication with our international locations High level of initiative, organisational talent and sense of responsibility Impressed analytical and economic thinking and the ability to manage operational and strategic topics alike Class B driving licence
