Takeover of the professional and disciplinary leadership of about 40 employees in the AEMP Planning, controlling and optimising the product realization processes at three AEMP locations with a total volume of approx. 50,000 sterile material units Total responsibility for the results in the treatment of medical devices and for the quality of the services provided Ensure consistent compliance with customer requirements and all relevant legal and normative requirements Independent management of projects and responsible for their successful implementation Takeover of special tasks in the context of strategic and operational issues of AEMP

Completed training in the medical, nursing and/or technical field, ideally with further training in the field of AEMP / sterile goods supply An additional management/operational qualification is desirable Multiannual professional and leadership experience Knowledge of legal and normative requirements (e.g. KRINKO/BfArM recommendations, DIN standards) Secure handling of MS Office, with Euro-SDS and Instacount Impressed decision strength and a solution-oriented way of thinking Safe occurrence, combined with enforcing and pronounced communication skills
