Head of the Building Renovation Business Unit (m/f/d)

You assume the overall responsibility for the further development and strategic orientation of the building renovation business unit and drive the targeted expansion of this business area. With your technical understanding, you conduct challenging national and international projects and coordinate interdisciplinary teams. In addition, you initiate and control development projects for the building renovation product portfolio, including the design software. In addition, you are responsible for carrying out and monitoring licensing procedures, accompanying testing processes and developing suitable experimental concepts for new building products. You work closely with external partners such as inspection bodies, engineering offices and authorities and manage them professionally and organizationally. Based on well-founded market and competition analyses, you can create business plans, develop roadmaps and launch appropriate measures for market development. Finally, you are responsible for personnel management, budget planning and the efficient management of all resources within your department. Last but not least, strengthen market presence through targeted marketing activities and support sales in strategic customer and product decisions.

Complete studies in civil engineering, materials engineering or comparable technical qualification (ideally with doctoral studies) Experience in building new business areas, ideally in building renovation or related areas Funded project management competence in national and international teams Safe handling of admission procedures, experimental conception as well as external service providers, inspection bodies and authorities Management experience with demonstrable employee development and safe handling of personnel, budget and resource responsibility Analytical strength, rapid understanding and a structured, quality-conscious manner High commitment and resilience as well as a sovereign, trustworthy occurrence in intercultural contexts German and English skills at level C1
