Site Manager - Civil Engineering / Road Construction / Pipeline Construction (m/f/d)

You independently control the entire construction processes in deep and pipeline construction, from work preparation to coordination of your teams to final acceptance. You are responsible for the complete construction monitoring and ensure compliance with quality, cost and time requirements through regular checks as well as reference actual comparisons. As a central contact person for your team, you will take care of personnel deployment planning, material procurement and ensure that all required devices are ready for use. You ensure safety at the construction site by performing risk assessments, creating traffic signs and obtaining all necessary permits. You provide transparent building documentation using internal computer systems and are the interface to authorities, clients and internal departments.

You have detectable professional experience in the management of construction sites, preferably in deep or piping construction. With your organizational talent and your leadership skills, you can control the work preparation, the construction process and your team. You are familiar with the procurement of materials and equipment as well as the creation of traffic sign plans and risk assessments. A high awareness of quality and safety standards as well as the safe handling of common computer software are featured. You communicate safely in German to ensure smooth coordination with all stakeholders.
