Payroll accountant (m/f/d)

Individual implementation of monthly wage and salary bills taking into account all labour, tax and social insurance requirements Maintenance and management of personal master data, time data and billing-relevant changes Contact person: for employees, health insurance, financial offices, social security institutions and external bodies Processing of certificates, notifications and applications Coordination of accounting issues with the tax advisor Support for labour law, tax and social insurance issues Participation in HR projects, in particular in the area of digitalization and process optimization Creation of evaluations and reports for internal fields General administrative activities in the area of wages & salary

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in payroll accounting Very good knowledge of DATEV wage & salary desirable Structured, careful and independent operation High sense of responsibility and discreet handling of sensitive data Number affinity, analytical thinking and understanding of accounting logics Communication strength and team capacity Safe handling of current MS Office applications
