Leadership and further development of the Accounting Shared Service Team in Germany, France, Italy and India Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Compilation of balance sheets by US-GAAP Preparation of financial statements in accordance with local trade regulations (in particular HGB) Administration of domestic and foreign sales tax obligations / supervision of accounting rates of business incidents Support for the forecasting and budgeting process Ensuring compliance with accounting procedures, internal regulations, local legal requirements, SOX, Internal Policy and Business Policy Continuous improvement of financial processes / coordination of external, internal and tax audits Management of contracts, including insurance matters, occasionally in close cooperation with the Group Support for legal business topics, such as decisions of management
