Research Coordinator Children's and Children's Schools Adolescent psychiatry (m/f/d)

in the Clinic and Poliklinik für Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie und -psychiatrie The medical field of the Clinic and Polyclinic for Child and Youth Psychiatry and Psychotherapy addresses the diagnosis, therapy and prevention of mental and psychosomatic diseases in children, adolescents and young people. The patients are at the centre of the project and are treated specifically by a qualified, cross-disciplinary team. The clinic has, according to its clinical focus, a closed acute receiving station, an open psychotherapy station, a special stop for eating disorders, a special stop for tic and forced disorders, a daily clinic for young people, a family day clinic for children up to 11 years, and a family day clinic for children and teenagers with a total of 40 stationary and 20 day clinics, as well as an institute clinic.

As of 1 July 2026, as far as possible, full-time employment as a parental leave office must be fixed.

Central contact person for research administration and finance in close cooperation with the management Planning, management and accounting of research resources incl. Personnel and investment planning Support for the entire third-party funding process (from application to publication) as well as contact person for administrative questions Preparation of evaluations and decision templates for the clinic management Participation in administrative and organisational tasks (e.g. orders, invoices, business trips, meetings and project planning) Support for meetings and project planning at the German Center for Children and Youth Health

Training or studies in the field of health management, business management, administration or comparable High level of self-initiative and self-employment Team skills and organizational talent friendly and competent appearance excellent PC/MS office knowledge, good English knowledge of word and writing Ability to prioritize, conscience and accuracy Experience in research coordination and/or management is advantageous
