Our strong team is responsible for all the necessary tasks that arise as part of the qualitative and quantitative coordination of MEAG funds and front office man data.

• Responsibility for the daily fund value determination of all MEAG securities funds and the timely analysis and clarification of differences in close coordination with internal and external interfaces
• Professional processing and booking of complex business incidents and transactions, in particular in the field of provisions, fees, source taxes, capital measures and dividend and coupon payments
• Ensuring smooth and quality-assured settlement of shareholdings
• Construction, expansion and continuous optimization of interface management to internal areas (in particular IT, accounting, taxes) as well as external partners (storages, auditors)
• Analysis, development and automation of existing processes with the aim of increasing efficiency, reducing errors and sustainable quality assurance
• Active cooperation and professional participation in cross-departmental projects, such as fund acquisitions, IFRS/HGB topics, tax requirements or system and process adjustments

That's what you think:

• Complete economic studies or training as an investment fund buyer/wife, bank merchant/wife or comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in the administration and accounting of securities funds as well as sound knowledge of financial instruments and capital markets
• Embossed technical understanding and interest in systems, data structures and process relationships
• Experience in the analysis, design and optimization of processes and interfaces
• Very good computer skills, especially SQL and MS Office; practical experience with SimCorp Dimension (SCD) of advantage
• Self-employed, structured and quality-oriented working methods combined with conceptual strength
• Very good knowledge of German and reliable English in word and writing
