The aim of the company is clear: maximum operational readiness of the vehicles, short service lives and a service that customers can rely on at any time. You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of your workshop team and actively promote the further development of your employees. You plan and control the entire workshop processes from order acceptance to diagnosis to final quality control. As a central contact person, you will advise our well-known fleet customers and manufacturers on technical issues and start cost proposals. You actively support your team in complex technical challenges and diagnostics, including using common diagnostic software. You are responsible for compliance with work security regulations and take over administrative activities to ensure smooth operation.

You are a motor vehicle champion with a focus on commercial vehicle technology or bring a comparable qualification through many years of professional experience. You have already gained several years of professional experience in the commercial vehicle sector and have been able to prove first leadership experience. With your strong leadership and organizational strength as well as your secure, customer-oriented appearance, you lead your team to success. You are versed in dealing with workshop and diagnostic software and has a class B licence, ideally also C/CE. Your knowledge of German is reliable (C2) to ensure smooth communication in the team and with customers.
