Complete study of Islamic theology, Islamic Studies, Religious Studies, Middle East Studies or Orient Studies. Interest in or willingness to deepen your expertise in religiously founded extremism, especially Islamism and Salafism. Impressed communication skills, consulting skills and joy in cooperation with different target groups. Own initiative, team capacity, resilience and a structured and independent way of working. Willingness to travel within Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and occasionally nationwide. Ideally experience in adult education and in systemic or client-centric advice. Arabic language skills and personal or professional experiences in the context of Muslim faith are desirable.
