Management & Management: Monitoring and documentation of pallet stocks and management of pallet accounts (e.g. euro pallets, grid boxes, H1 hygienic pallets) Pallet exchange & differential clarification: coordination and clarification of differences in pallet exchange with drivers, customers and charging points Quality control: Examination of incoming load carriers for exchangeability and sorting by quality classes Interface communication: Close cooperation with the MRP, the warehouse and external service providers to ensure the availability of charge carriers. Auditing: Controlling and consolidating pallet billing and preparing data for accounting Process optimization: Support in the development of digital detection systems for charge carrier management Reporting: Creation of regular inventory reports and evaluations of pallet movements

Completed commercial training (probably forwarding businessman/wife) or a comparable qualification with logistics background Ideally experience in cargo carrier management or logistics management Knowledge of common exchange procedures and quality standards (EPAL). You work structured, keep an overview even at high levels and are safe to handle numbers You are powerful, solution-oriented and team-ready Safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally experience with forwarding software
