Application engineer/ IT system manager (m/w/d)

What awaits you

• Care and development of computer systems.
• Management and monitoring of the production network and ensuring network stability and security.
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of PC hardware and software in the production environment.
• Support of production staff in IT-related problems.
• creation and maintenance of technical documentation and instructions.
• Working with IT projects to improve production processes and implement new technologies.
• Implementation of training and instruction for users including the creation of training documents.
• Consulting and support in the configuration and commissioning of IT systems.
• Contact person Helpdesk des Werks.
• Cross-work cooperation with the central IT and the production site Fritzlar.

What you bring

• Successfully completed technical, electrotechnical or production training.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, network technologies, server administration, databases and industrial end devices.
• Experience in IT support.
• Knowledge of energy and control technology (SPS S7, TIA) is advantageous.
• Knowledge in handling MS-Office and ideally with SAP.
• Structured, targeted and independent operation.
• Teamability, high level of flexibility and reliability.
• Time flexibility due to seasonality and willingness to work on occasional shift/weekend work.
