You drive the budgeting and forecasting process forward and provide resilient decision bases for corporate governance You define hourly rates for the sales organization to ensure a competitive and cost-covering pricing You develop the reporting on quantity and price deviations, identify inefficiencies and actively assist in deriving optimization measures You take part in management meetings and take direct strategic discussions with you You take responsibility for the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and make sure that all results are accurate, timely and transparent You stand across the department as a competent contact person and supports financial questions You are familiar with the Group's financial policies and actively contribute to ensuring compliance with SOX regulations You act as the main partner for the financial colleagues in China and support the harmonisation of controlling processes and promote a uniform control landscape

Successfully completed studies in economics with a focus on finance & controlling or a similar qualification Insufficient knowledge and proven experience in accounting, ideally from the production environment Understanding Controlling, Reporting, Budget and Forecast Processes Very good IT skills in relation to ERP systems (preferably SAP B1), financial consolidation (Oracle HFM, SAP BI or OneStream) and Power BI Very good Microsoft Excel knowledge and the ability to efficiently manage large amounts of data German and English knowledge in word and writing Analytical thinking ability, a structured working method and pronounced communication strength Hands-on mentality with a solution-oriented operation Friendly and uncomplicated personality
