Head of object | Electro m/w/d Location: Hamburg-Nord Reference number: 2026-0074 Working time: Full time

Professional and disciplinary responsibility for employees in your object (up to 10 employees) Responsibility for the provision of the contractually agreed services for technical installations at the industrial site Central contact for the customer in questions of technical building management Support in the operation of the object and operation of the technical systems and CAFM systems Planning, calculation and organisation of services in the field of electrical engineering in the industrial environment

Technical training, e.g. as an electrician / electronic / electrical installer Continuing training as technician/master in the field of electrical engineering 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable position Good negotiating skills as well as persuasiveness, cost awareness and high customer and service orientation German knowledge at least Level C1
