For the organizational unit Test Management we are looking for the next possible appointment for the Hanover, Münster or Frankfurt am Main site Test Engineer Test Automation (m/w/d).

Advising and empowering internal project teams to introduce and optimize test automation solutions Development and establishment of best practices, standards and frameworks for testing automation Technical advice on the tool selection and implementation of test automation frameworks Implementation of training and workshops to provide test automation know-how Active participation of the company-wide test automation strategy Building and maintaining an internal community of practice in the field of test automation Cooperation with specialist areas for continuous improvement of test processes, coordination and control of external service providers

Complete study of computer science or comparable qualifications and at least 6 years of professional experience Multiannual professional experience in test automation and collaboration in several test automation projects of different complexity Funded knowledge in various test automation tools as well as good programming knowledge in at least one language (e.g. Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, etc.) Practical experience in test management and handling of the associated tools Very good knowledge of common test methods, test methods and standards (ISTQB certification) Experience with CI/CD integration and DevOps practices as well as in requirements analysis and requirements engineering Impressed communication skills and joy in knowledge transfer
