In addition to classic services such as maintenance execution and spare-edge business, the Mobility Service also includes new digital services for analytics and asset management, which are based on data and IT solutions and are provided in Railigent® Cloud Platform.

The digital solutions include the complete data flow from the data-generating systems (vehicles, infrastructure) via the transmission to the location-bound receiving server to the country-wide central data processing, the processing and the services derived therefrom for value generation for the customer and the mobility service itself.

What are you wearing?

• In this position, you are responsible for a reliable operation of our Digital Services in Railigent X.
• In the case of technical incidents, they provide a comprehensive analysis, diagnosis and timely troubleshooting. Continue to ensure the documentation of the solutions and define measures to avoid disturbances in the future.
• In addition, your tasks include optimising the operation of the central digitization platform with regard to system availability, performance and costs.
• They are responsible for and coordinating the deployment and upgrade of our systems.
• They are responsible for the design and cost assessment of new systems, both in terms of hardware and support.
• In addition, you work closely in interdisciplinary teams and with the development teams to solve complex problems.

What do you bring?

• They have a successfully completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent to several years of professional experience in DevOps Cloud Support.
• You have several years of project experience in the operation of heterogeneous IT systems as well as in problem solving and customer support of such systems (Windows, Linux).
• Finding knowledge of cloud technologies (preferably AWS), container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines and automation tools will help you.
• In addition, knowledge in monitoring/logging (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch) and Site Reliability Engineering are desirable.
• German and English dominate in word and writing.
• Personally, you convince us by a high degree of initiative, team and communication skills as well as your strong quality and customer-oriented work.
