Development and implementation of a company-wide AI strategy and identification of new AI potentials Ensuring governance & compliance, including compliance with EU AI Acts and other regulatory requirements Controlling the technical implementation of AI projects and selecting suitable AI systems together with IT and service providers Development and promotion of AI competencies in the company through training, training and awareness on ethical and safety-relevant aspects Central contact for management, departments and external partners on AI topics; close coordination with data protection and information security Head of Proof-of-Concepts and Accompanying the Innovation Process for AI Projects Construction and moderation of an internal AI community as well as selection and control of external service providers

Complete Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering or Comparative Qualification Including professional experience, ideally in AI, IT or energy projects Knowledge of AI technologies and experience with platforms such as Azure AI, Azure Machine Learning and Microsoft Copilot Understanding regulatory requirements and ideally training in AI risk management Knowledge of energy processes (e.g. network operation, smart metering) Analytical methods, initiative, openness to new technologies and high level of learning Communication and cooperation capability for cooperation with specialist areas and external stakeholders
