One of your key tasks is the management of the VTG brand, including the responsibility for the current project to refocus our brand identity. You strategically position the VTG brand in all relevant communication channels – both internally and externally. The intensive support in transformation, C-level and crisis communication is your responsibility. You develop thematic plans for internal and external communication – including CSR topics – and ensure consistent implementation. The coordination of company-wide content production and the independent creation of contributions in the form of text, image, video or sound are also in your hands. You accompany creative communication formats and marketing campaigns – from conception to success measurement. You also plan and realize internal and external events with communicative demands. You take communication projects and tax sovereign external agencies.

A completed study in the field of communication/marketing or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your expertise. You bring comprehensive professional experience in strategic corporate and brand communication – ideally in the B2B environment. The successful implementation of strategic projects in close coordination with the management and the development of effective formats and campaigns are your strengths. Target orientation and the development of your own ideas characterize your work – especially when implementing complex communication measures. Convince your communication skills and editorial competence – also in English. You work independently, structured and carefully and bring a hands-on mentality. Your team orientation, your knowledge of interface management and your openness to new technologies complete your profile. The routined handling of the common computer programs in the field of communication is of course for you.
