Professional group: Administration and communication Reference number: T‐2025‐42 Support us as a specialist (w/m/d) in project management in the European Commission's International Security Fund (ISF). As a direct management, we are responsible for the implementation of the funding programme and the management of the funding. The political objective of the Fund is to contribute to a high level of security in the Union. There are several places available. Do the right thing, too, and do it now!

Implementation of project management tasks within the framework of the Internal Security Fund, in particular: Advising (potential) beneficiaries Processing and testing of project applications for implementation of the ISF, including analysis of project and financing plans Coordination and administrative support of beneficiaries Conducting on-the-spot checks Testing of medium requirements and evidence of use The willingness to design flexible working hours is assumed for the following reasons: Service travel, planned as part of legally prescribed on-the-spot checks of risky projects occasional: 4 – 6 times a year Length of missions: 2 days Country

Completed university degree (Diplom [FH] or Bachelor) in the field of administrative sciences/public law, law, economics or a comparable completed university degree On top Ideally, you will bring at least 2 years of relevant practical professional experience in a corresponding profession, in particular in the field of accounting and accounting and in project and process management.

You have knowledge of the national right to grant and award. You are able to communicate and team and have a high level of responsibility and reliability. You have good English skills, other language skills are of advantage. Good cooperation and team-oriented action are of course for you.
