Central TGA contact for internal project leaders and active cooperation in in interdisciplinary project teams to ensure the technical quality and achievement of the objectives in our projects Development and evaluation of energy and supply concepts for residential and commercial properties in early stages of the project, taking into account technological, economic and sustainable criteria Technical examination and assessment of TGA plans and assessments of external partners and deriving qualified recommendations for internal decision-making processes Quality assurance of external technical planning across all HOAI performance phases Participation in technical coordination with authorities, engineering and architecture offices, construction companies and product manufacturers – from planning to implementation Consultation on technical specifications, material selection and performance variants focusing on quality, sustainability and economics in the field of TGA

Completed academic studies in the field of TGA supply and electrical engineering, ideally with cutting point competence between the two trade unions Knowledge of building automation and integral planning Evidence of long-term experience in the technical planning and design of industrial and residential projects in the TGA Secure knowledge of the relevant building law as well as the standard worlds DIN, VDI and VDE in the field of TGA Organisational skills, commitment and targeted work Safe, well maintained and binding entry and communication skills for cooperation with internal and external project partners
