As an IT contract manager, you are responsible for the proper management of our national and international IT service providers (incl. cloud). In this environment you are responsible for controlling all IT contracts. In your team you meet people who take responsibility and bring their personal strengths. We exchange and develop together. Then get yourself in: You like to take responsibility: They are responsible for the portfolio of IT contracts, perform the process of IT contract management and design their image in the contract management tool. They have a look at the essentials: they support the continuous improvement of IT contract management in terms of effectiveness and efficiency. With you the threads run together: Your tasks include controlling and monitoring all IT contracts throughout their entire contract cycle. You keep an overview: They create regular reports for IT management on the IT contract portfolio and are in close cooperation with our internal service managers.

Education: You have a completed study of (economic) informatics or business management or Law with high IT affinity or comparable training. Experience: You already have experience in IT contract management and service provider management. Knowledge: Ideally, you know regulatory requirements for IT especially in the insurance environment (DORA). Their knowledge of German in word and writing correspond at least to the C1 level. Personality: They have a safe occurrence and negotiation skills in handling the internal and external stakeholders involved. Collaboration: You have organizational talent and are happy to work in the team, but you also have an independent and solution-oriented way of working.
