You develop the asset strategy in counters and guide specific fields of action, programs and action packages for a sustainable development of the measuring station operation with regard to network development You define strategic principles and technical standards to clearly align the planning, construction and operation of the measuring station operation The investment and economic multiannual planning (CAPEX/OPEX) incl. Scenario and sensitivity analyses are your responsibility In counters, you take over budget planning and control and ensure an economically sound use of funds You will prepare decision templates precisely by presenting options, costs, risks and recommendations clearly and addressably. You establish governance structures and coordinate central interfaces, e.g. measuring point operation, IT/OT (operational technology), regulation or purchasing, for smooth and transparent cooperation
