...then come to us in the Digital Sparkassenberatung and become BOT Spezialist:in (m/w/d) Together with us you will take over the following tasks: Answer the functions and appearance of bot applications, administrate and monitor them – currently especially Chatbot-Linda. Maintain the knowledge databases of the bot systems. Develop bot systems strategically and sales-oriented, introduce new bot systems, evaluate and maintain them. Rate and support the entire house Support regulatory requirements (e.g. MaRisk, GDPR). Create customer and consultant information and contribute to communication and training Care products, prices and conditions of the bot systems belonging to the responsibility area. Support professional OSPlus administration and applications. Support the maintenance and administration of innovations for standardized KSC applications (especially for interfaces BOT/Human) and reset them. Includes projects, budget planning and implementation of business strategy.
