Siemensstraße 10 a 63263 Neu-Isenburg You take over the offer processing and costing of raw construction projects, including internal and external professionals using CAD programs (Revit) as well as BIM modeling and creating three-dimensional costing models You test tender documents, determine quantities and costs, and start economic calculations You agree with internal specialist departments, external planners and entrepreneurs You develop special suggestions and technical alternatives to optimize costs, energy efficiency and sustainability You get offers, compare them and actively engage in contract negotiations with and in the maintenance of the costing database and support in the further development of digital costing processes

You have a completed civil engineering or architecture study or a comparable training You can work experience in calculation and/or coordination of turnkey projects Alternatively, you have experience in the construction management of turnkey construction projects ideally in the field of logistics and industrial real estate and are ready to face the costing as a new professional challenge You bring good computer knowledge and experience with measurement and costing software, ideally Bluebeam, RIB iTWO You can organize well and work in the team
