Team Lead Billing and Receivables Management (m/f/d)

Leading & Developing: You take the technical and disciplinary responsibility for your team in the area of billing and receivable management. You support your employees individually, create space for self-responsive work and actively connect with other executives on strategically relevant topics. Transform & Optimize: You drive the migration and implementation of our new accounting software. In doing so, you are questioning existing processes and structures, identifying savings potentials and increasing customer service efficiency sustainably. New trends in the energy industry are an active one – making our customer service a pioneer. Taxes & Controls: You build a meaningful KPI system for billing, measure the performance of your team and guide targeted improvements. Through systematic plausibility checks, you ensure the highest quality in all billing processes. Debitor Management: You are responsible for receivable management in your area, keeps open items in sight and tax escalations sovereign. In close cooperation with the relevant interfaces, you minimise risks and secure liquidity. Plan & billing: You plan and tax the entire process of consumption billing, implement regulatory requirements of the Federal Network Agency precisely and coordinate cooperation with internal and external service providers for counter support and billing.

Education: You have a completed commercial training or a study – ideally focusing on energy, business or a comparable area. Professional experience: You bring well-founded, relevant experience in a comparable role within the energy industry. Project work: You have already conducted projects and complex topics professionally and have proven to be effective. Must-have: You have already taken responsibility for a team and specifically promotes your employees in their development. Nice-to-have: You know the legal foundations of the energy industry as well as the mechanisms, processes and challenges of the supply industry at depth. MS Office knowledge: You can control MS Office products safely – in particular MS Excel you are using targeted and versed.
