This is the question of training In Hamburg-Wandsbek, plastic specialties are created, which are used in many industries. In this training, you will learn how raw materials are prepared, mixed, processed and tested so that at the end a material is produced that fits exactly to the application. You work directly on our facilities and experience how technology, material knowledge and care interact. What You Learn & Where You Work Basics of plastics and rubber processing and materials Set up, operate, monitor and control of production plants (in particular ''Extruder'') Handling raw materials, mixtures, process parameters and production documentation Quality tests and understanding of why material properties arise in the process Detection of minor disturbances and support in maintenance and process safety These are your key areas of application in training Production of Compounds, Masterbatches and Pastes Material preparation, plant management and finishing documentation and process management, quality assurance Insights into all adjacent areas (Labor, Logistics, Product & Process Development etc.)

What you should bring Successful advanced first or middle school degree with good foundations in mathematics, physics and chemistry Interest in technology, materials and production processes Practical and craftsmanship, care and sense of responsibility Teamability, reliability and readiness to work in the production environment (including shiftwork)
