completed technical training, e.g. electronic, industrial electrician, mechanic, metal maker (e.g. m/w/d) in conjunction with a further education as master, technician, farmer (e.g. m/w/d) or similar, alternatively technical studies, e.g. economic engineering, logistics, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering multiannual relevant professional experience, ideally in the field of automated systems, as well as leadership experience in large teams strong social competence, binding occurrence and independent and independent working high level of loyalty and responsibility
