These are your tasks Full customer advice: As the first respondent, you enter a solid customer base from individual and selected potential customers: in person, by telephone and in future also digital. Real estate: You advise real estate needs with a wide view of refurbishment and modernization requests. Perspectives: You conduct construction finance and real estate quickchecks. Financing: Your competent, targeted and need-oriented advice covers the possibilities of interest-rate security for the financing of our customers: both inside and outside. Sales processes: In all your activities, you are consistently implementing the defined sales processes according to the Sparkassen financial concept. Backwind: If necessary, you will bind specialist:insides from other disciplines to provide the client with comprehensive advice.

We wish you Banking foundation: A completed bank-related training, as well as an active BaFin-ID, as well as a current permission to transfer insurance (IDD) round off your profile. Customer business is your passion: experiences in private customer business as well as a pronounced understanding of services are part of your everyday life. Know-how: Finding knowledge about all the topics related to the real estate market (modernization, promotion, etc.) distinguish you.
