You hold the threads in your hand and in your function as a tactor, organizer and communicator you have a decisive part in the success of our work. Professional organization of the daily work of the member of the Management Board you supervised Communication and correspondence with our customers, business partners and within the Drees & Summer Group Ensure smooth processes, schedule management and travel planning Support the organisation and execution of meetings and events (internal and external) Preparing meaningful and vivid presentations and evaluations Creating offers and processing of formal alerts and maintaining the CRM database

Completed commercial training, economic studies or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in a comparable position, e.g. as assistance or adviser:in the management Very safe handling of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, Sharepoint) Authenticity and Communication Strength (in German and English) Ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations Fun on self-responsible, solution-oriented work in a dynamic everyday work
