Expert in Procurement Automation Identification and evaluation of external personnel processes for process optimization or Automation Requirements collection and implementation of workshops / interviews with stakeholders and advice on the design of holistic solutions including coordination of implementation Assessment of the feasibility of automation initiatives for IT applications (e.g. ServiceNow, Coupa or HCM) In close cooperation with IT, you support the development of process design and the workflow for future process processes, as well as the Robotics Solution Development and Quality Assurance You create the process requirements and model processes as a preparation for implementation in IT and support rPA development for foreign personnel

Experienced specialist for process optimization and automation Completed studies in business or computer science, as an alternative a comparable training ServiceNow Implementation Experience and Experiences and BluePrism are very desirable Good knowledge of process analysis, modeling and automation and well-founded experience in the development of ServiceNow workflows, data models and processes experience in project management and process modeling tools; agile working methods are known to you High self-initiative, pro-active action and an analytical and conceptually shaped thinking and working method Very good English knowledge of word and writing as well as national/international readiness to travel
