Project Manager Timber Construction (m/f/d)

In this key function, you will ensure the smooth handling of our high-quality residential and business buildings from the conclusion of the contract to the lack of a handover to the builders. To do this, you define the final equipment details together with the customer. Then you start the project schedule and forget the post-contractor services. You will secure all necessary milestones to achieve the timely assembly start. Starting with the start of assembly, you and your Sparring partner, your construction manager, ensure efficient and timely construction processing. During each phase of the project, you actively communicate with your builder and make sure that he is professionally supervised. During the entire project, you are responsible for the efficient planning, coordination and control of the project and for achieving quality, appointment and project results targets.

You own a degree in civil engineering, are a construction engineer (m/w/d) or master (m/w/d). You have ideally relevant professional experience, also from the solid construction area or the construction line. You are a driving force, you like to take responsibility, meet safe decisions, always have a look at the whole and set the right priorities. You have a strong customer orientation and communication strength.
