As a Rollout Project Manager (m/w/d) Service Processes, you will be represented by our Service End-to-End Process Stream at the rollout activities of the Digital Process World Program – the digital transformation program that drives the implementation of a new CRM (Salesforce Field Service) and ERP landscape (SAP S/4HANA) for our service business processes You will be part of a cross-functional rollout team within the Digital Process World program, which also focuses on integrated end-to-end processes with other business functions such as e.g. B. Sales or finances concentrated In addition, as a member of the Group Service Business Processes team, you work directly with the product and process managers to develop sound knowledge and solutions for field service and customer service-related business processes based on our template while building close relationships with the key stakeholders Together with our regional experts, you define the right local rollout organization and moderate initial scoping and pre-assessment workshops Together with an interdisciplinary team, you will design “Fit/Gap sessions” with your colleagues in the local service organisations and our implementation partner and discuss/assess the relevant processes and their application within our integrated template You identify initial process gaps and ensure a smooth decision-making process by evaluating the critical points and impacts During the test and cut-over phase, make sure that our structured procedure is adhered to, moderate revisions as needed and support the onboarding of the implementation partners with regard to the functionalities of our new Service CRM environment Salesforce Field Service

Your successfully completed master's degree as an economist (m/w/d) or an economist (m/w/d) or a comparable university degree, you have the necessary skills You have well-founded professional experience in process consulting and harmonisation of external service processes or similar tasks with a focus on business processes You are versed in handling project management approaches and rollout/implementation environments as well as in developing concepts and methods for workshops and project moderation Experiences in dealing with relevant CRM / ERP systems are assumed, knowledge in Salesforce is advantageous Thanks to your negotiated English and your open and trustworthy personality, you communicate safely at all levels and are able to conduct detailed process discussions with stakeholders and local professionals A general readiness to travel completes your profile
