Team Lead Roll-out SAP TM & SAP eWM – National Supply Chain (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the planning, control and optimization of the logistics (system) process landscape in close cooperation with national and international specialist departments You secure the Go-Live of SAP TM and SAP eWM in our 20 regional companies and also tax the customization of the system as well as the support of the sites in system implementation You show presence on site during the onsite implementations, ensure user acceptance tests, secure first-level support and ensure smooth operation of the system Together with the regional companies and the local executives, you identify potential for improvement, shape clear requirements and ensure fault-free integration of new processes into the SAP system landscape You lead a team of process managers, develop this continuously and, together with your team, are the main partner for all questions related to SAPTM and SAP eWM and for the needs of our locations

Complete degree in IT, logistics, supply chain management or comparable area Multiannual professional experience in the logistics industry with high affinity for logistic (system) processes in implementation projects First leadership experience in the logistics or supply chain management environment, coupled with experience required in project management and change management Method competence in the holistic process management and application of tools for the collection and analysis of processes and process data Knowledge in handling SAP systems, especially SAP TM and SAP eWM Analytical and solution-oriented thinking and working methods Embossed team orientation, reliability and very good communication skills across all hierarchy levels High readiness and flexibility for regular visits to our logistics locations
