And if you're as good as most of our trainees, you'll continue after your takeover: you'll advise clients on loans or financial precautions. You are a contact personin for questions about their finances and, together with them, develop solutions that suit their needs. You are an important part in the care of our customers and thus contribute directly to the customer satisfaction and success of our bank. And in the long term you can go your way with us – for example as a branch managerin.

After your real school degree or (special) abitur we make you fit for your professional career. We will teach you everything you need to know about customer orientation, account management, securities and credits. And because you simply learn the most in practice, you are part of the team from the first day and you can try the experience directly - for example in customer calls in the branch or on the phone. Regular feedback talks and the support of our trainers help you get better and better. To deepen your knowledge from practice, you participate in digital training and exciting seminars in our own training academy.

full-time or part-time training possible: full-time: 2.5 years, 39 hours/week; Parttime:3 - 3.5 years, at least 25 hours/week (individual agreement possible). If you want to do your training part-time, please apply. Education grant: You will receive an educational grant for e.g. a tablet to use our digital learning offer. Compensation: 1st year: €1,350; 2nd year: €1,420; 3rd year: €1,500. Your salary in parttime will be adjusted accordingly. Holiday: 30 days a year (in part-time). Vocational school: As a rule, at the place of your training branch.
