Organization, coordination and prioritization of our service and construction sites incl. Resource planning and ensuring smooth running Ensuring a smooth flow of information between our customers, service technicians and internal interfaces, e.g. construction, sales or logistics Accompanying orders from the request to successful tracking and ensuring that appointments, feedback and open points are reliably documented If necessary, support in adjacent after-sales processes, for example in spare part coordination, complaints or technical clarifications

Graduated technical training, for example in the field of mechatronics, industrial mechanics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial businessman (m/w/d) with technical understanding Multiannual experience in service coordination, disposition or Resource planning Multiannual experience in machine or plant engineering is also desirable Organisational design, enforcement and independent, structured and reliable operation Communication strength, customer-oriented appearance and high problem-solving competence safe handling of MS Office and ERP and technician control software (e.g. Innosoft) Very good German knowledge and basic knowledge in English
