Would you like to introduce your craft skills in a technically challenging environment? As a tool mechanic (w/m/d) you ensure that our casting tools remain reliable and precise ready for use. From maintenance and repair to processing and quality control, you can expect a variety of activities in which your technical understanding, accuracy and practical work are required.

The working model for this position is: On site / onsite

You are mainly responsible for:

Repair of casting tools and repair of wear and damage Maintenance and maintenance work on casting moulds Disassembly, cleaning, testing and assembly of casting tools Processing and reworking of tool components using common hand tools and measuring tools Operation of a flat grinding machine for machining and restoring tool surfaces and fitting surfaces Control of the dimensional accuracy and quality of the machined tools Documentation of maintenance and repair work carried out Compliance with applicable safety, quality and work regulations

Completed training as a tool mechanic, industrial mechanic (w/m/d) or comparable technical qualification First professional experience in a comparable technical or craft work environment Good knowledge of German in word and writing Teamability, readiness to learn and a structured way of working Embossed hand-on mentality and joy in practical activities
