Set up, operate and monitor CNC turning and milling machines

Program corrections and tool change during the manufacturing process

Measuring and quality control with common measuring means (e.g. measuring slides, micrometers)

Production according to drawing specifications in small and medium series

Maintenance and maintenance of machines according to maintenance plan

Recognize and eliminate simple disturbances

Documentation of production steps and quality data

Successfully completed training as machining mechanic, industrial mechanic or comparable in the metal sector

First professional experience in CNC manufacturing, ideally in series production

Knowledge of the control of CNC machines

Good knowledge of German in word and writing

Ready to work in the 3-shift system

Own and conscientious functioning

Technical understanding and high precision
