[PSC/125758] You and your team take responsibility for the demand-oriented disposition of fresh and specialty items and ensure a timely as well as customer-oriented delivery.You control relevant key figures, analyze transcripts and conduct proactive measures to achieve your goal and develop your department.Through the continuous optimization of existing processes as well as the integration of modern goods management systems, you design an efficient and forward-looking disposition. They lead your team with a clear goal, coordinate staff deployment and promote structured cooperation within the department. In close coordination with internal interfaces and external partners, you provide service-oriented communication and ensure high customer satisfaction.You represent your department at internal meetings and external events, prepare meaningful presentations and billings and thus actively contribute to the success of the company.

They have proven leadership experience as well as strong social competence and understand how to efficiently control, motivate and further develop teams.They bring well-founded knowledge in handling sensitive and fresh product groups – ideally in the areas of meat, fish, cheese or sausage – and have a secure sense of quality, processes and customer needs.
