Ensuring a smooth office organization including coordination of the inbox Support of the team in operational, organisational and administrative tasks Documentation, monitoring and updating of internal and external IT contracts Consultation and organisational support of IT departments and procurement of required materials and services Central contact point for questions of employees or external customers: Preparation and logging of appointments and acquisition of special topics

You have a completed commercial or IT training or a comparable qualification – alternatively you are interested in a direct entry after a completed study with You are an organizational institution and work independently, carefully and reliably A process-oriented way of thinking distinguishes you You like to work in the team, show your own initiative and have fun taking on new tasks and supporting them across the board A high quality claim to your own work is of course yours You have very good knowledge of MS Office / M365 and convince by good written and oral communication skills in German
