In the field of Indirect Taxes (Sales Tax/VAT), you are responsible for the independent creation and quality assurance of the sales tax messages (in particular USt Pre-Registrations, Comprehensive Reports, Intrastat) for several European companies and ensure permanently valid tax processes through structured data analyses in SAP. Extract and analyze SAP data independently, identify deviations and develop reporting and data structures to ensure permanently valid tax processes. You actively advance the further development of the tax system logic in SAP and work closely with accounting, IT and external consultants:inside.

Priority in corporate tax and tax balances coordinate corporate tax returns as well as relevant reports and support in provisions, e-bilancies and tax calculations. You are responsible for the correct tax picture in HGB, IFRS and tax accounts – including the necessary bookings in the main and secondary book. In addition, you work closely with internal and external tax advisors:inside and ensure a correct and timely submission.

In the field of billing prices (transfer pricing), you support the creation, maintenance and further development of transfer pricing documentation as well as in the operational implementation (including TP systematics and requirements, TP bookings, data processing, analyses). In addition, you accompany audits and work with TP analyses and calculations.

In operational tax coordination and tax consultancy, you are the central contact person: in tax matters towards internal interfaces (finance, accounting, supply chain, logistics, controlling) and external stakeholders (tax consultants, authorities). You evaluate the tax impact of new business models, logistical flows and organizational structural changes and work closely with the Global Tax Director in Hong Kong to ensure consistent tax processes across groups.

You have a successfully completed degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxes or a comparable economic or legal discipline. Ideally you have a tax consultant qualification, alternatively you bring a very well-founded practical tax expertise.

You have several years of experience in corporate taxes, preferably in an international industrial or production company or in corporate tax consulting. In addition, you have very good knowledge of turnover tax law in multinational supply and performance processes. Experiences with Intrastat notifications are advantageous.

Finding knowledge of corporate tax law, as well as experience in transfer pricing will help you. You work with a pronounced hands-on mentality, are structured and go deep into detail. You have the ability to extract, test and develop SAP data yourself.

You have very good German knowledge (- C1) as well as reliable English knowledge (- B2) in the international environment. Your work includes proactivity, sense of responsibility and self-employment. In addition, you can set priorities correctly and prepare complex issues in a comprehensible manner.
