Valuation engineer (m/f/d)

In your new role, you take over the transport value determination of buildings and unstructured properties as well as property rights, such as inheritance law, housing and parts property. Furthermore, the assessment of rights and burdens (e.g. walking, driving and management rights, housing law, utilisation of land) is one of your tasks. After receipt of orders, including from the Ministry of Finance, obtain and check documents such as basic book extracts, cataster plans, building drawings, etc., perform visits and research comparative data from internal and external sources You carefully analyse the initial situation, select the appropriate assessment method depending on the plot, possibly also several (i.e. value, yield value or comparative value method) and derive an appropriate value even if the data are insufficient. You create clearly structured opinions, document your results in a comprehensible and transparent way and conclusively justify your procedure Throughout the process, you are in close contact with all stakeholders and ensure smooth cooperation

Completed university studies in architecture (construction) or comparable structural university studies Adequate professional experience in the construction, ideally complemented by experience in the determination of the value of land and in the handling of property-like rights Clear and stylistic expression in German language Joy in developing appropriate solutions even with low or complex data situation Impressed sense of responsibility and the ability to process multiple orders in parallel Willingness to work on new topics and continuously expand expertise Safe handling of MS Office, as well as the willingness to work into specialist applications You exchange openly with colleagues, get feedback and introduce your own expertise to achieve best results together Class B driving licence and readiness to travel in Schleswig-Holstein and occasionally beyond
