This responsible position leads you right into our welding technology production. Directly assigned to the welding master, you play a central role in the technical and content management, implementation and control of the pending orders. In doing so, a qualified team will guide you professionally and personally and ensure that appointments, quality and budget are adhered to as reliably as our high standards in occupational safety. In the shipyard day you work closely with other specialist departments and subcontractors and at the same time bring your expertise into higher-level processes and construction meetings. You are also asked for acceptances: You prepare the work carried out for classification societies as well as customers – and accompany the relevant inspections as a competent specialist. In addition, you will coordinate subcontractors with both organisational and professional contracts and ensure a reliable implementation of the agreed services.

Completed vocational training for the design mechanic or a comparable qualification, an IWS or SFM further education is a big plus Multiannual professional practice in welding technology production, ideally complemented by first experience in professional management, for example as team management or foreman/in Good knowledge of English; additional Polish knowledge would be ideal Ready for use on both associated operating parts (currently Schacht-Audorf and Rendsburg) High operational readiness and self-responsibility Self-working and yet team spirit for work in the team
